How to transfer the guarantee to another accommodation?

Are you already a Garantme customer and would like to move to another apartment while keeping your guarantee?

The guarantee transfer process involves two steps:

1- Cancellation of your current guarantee

Send us the confirmation of the move-out date sent by your landlord or the move-out report of the apartment for which we are your guarantor to the email address support@garantme.fr. Once we receive this document, we will cancel your current guarantee.

2- Creation of a new guarantee

Send us your new lease project to the email address support@garantme.fr. We will then send you a new payment link, the amount of which depends on the sum due for the new act of guarantee, minus what Garantme owes you for the days not consumed on your first contract.
