How to cancel the renewal of your guarantee?

At the end of your lease, if you do not wish to renew your Garantme guarantee, simply send us a document certifying that you have left the accommodation.

If you do not wish to renew your Garantme guarantee at the end of your lease, simply send us a document certifying that you are leaving the accommodation.

Without your response, the renewal of your guarantee and the debit are automatically carried out.

To terminate your contract, there are three options:

1- If you plan to stay in the accommodation, we need a waiver of guarantee from your landlord to be sent to support@garantme.fr

  • Reminder: A tenant who wishes to leave the apartment must send their notice of departure to their landlord, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, 30 days before the desired departure (60 days if the rental is unfurnished and in a non-tense area).

2- If you have already left the accommodation, you need to send us the inventory of fixtures and fittings to support@garantme.fr

3- If you have already left the accommodation, you can also ask your landlord to send us an email directly to support@garantme.fr confirming the exit of the premises.
