The guarantee can be canceled within the first 14 days after the start of your contract.
To cancel your guarantee, we need a confirmation email from your landlord that you have never entered the property or less than 14 days have passed.
Once the proof is received, we will proceed with a full refund of your guarantee.
If the cancellation occurs after the first 14 days, the guarantee will be terminated and not canceled. The refund will be made pro rata temporis with a deduction of 70 euros in brokerage fees.
In addition, if the cancellation occurs after the first 30 days, the guarantee cannot be refunded.
