Information on the shared accommodation
My roommates don't have a guarantor.
You can invite your roommates to apply through your own account. Garantme will then process both applications together. As roommates, you can qualify in two ways:
- Either each roommate is eligible for their share of the rent.
- Or one of the roommates is eligible for the entire rent alone.
At the time of the lease project submission, we will send a payment link to each roommate.
My roommates have a guarantor.
If they already have their own guarantor, we only require their guarantors' names to appear on the lease agreement.
Only the tenant who goes through Garantme will receive a payment link.
