On the expiry date of your lease, if you do not want to renew your guarantee, simply send us a document certifying that you are leaving your accommodation.
If you do not want to renew your guarantee, you must inform us.
Without any return from you, the renewal of your guarantee and the payment will be made automatically.
There are three options for cancelling your contract:
1- If you intend to stay in the accommodation, we need a guarantee waiver certificate drawn up and sent by your landlord to support@garantme.fr.
* As a reminder, a tenant who wants to leave the accommodation must send his notice of departure to his landlord, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, 30 days before the desired departure (30 days if the rental is empty and in a non-tended area).
2- If you have already left the apartment, you must send us the inventory of fixtures at support@garantme.fr.
