Cancellation of the guarantee must be made within the first 14 days after the beginning of your contract date.
To cancel your guarantee, we need a confirmation email from your landlord that you have never returned to the accommodation or less than 14 days.
Once we receive this confirmation, we will proceed to refund your guarantee in full.
If cancellation occurs after the first 14 days, the guarantee will be cancelled and not voided. The refund will be made on a pro rata temporis basis including 70 euros brokerage fees.
